This cake was done for my doctor who's celebrating 15 yrs of practice. I watched a Craftsy class: Designer Handbags by Elisa Strauss on Sunday and delivered the cake on Tuesday. In saying that, I used MMF, gum paste, white cake with SBC. I chose not to do a black medical bag since my doctor is female and classy.
