I wanted to show this version of my scrunch flower cake with a pop of colour! The ribbon was chosen to match the bridesmaids' dresses. It was a monster cake - 12" milk chocolate mud, 10" white chocolate mud, 8" milk chocolate mud and a 6" dark chocolate mud. Each flower was made individually from a circle of fondant that I lustred. I airbrushed the entire cake with pearl shimmer before I put the ribbon and diamanté trim on so it sparkled. If you ever to a cake with the scrunch flowers allow a lot of time - the bottom tier took me five hours and I'm not slow!
