This cake was almost a disaster! I didn't make my marshmallow fondant til the morning the cake was due...I know...asking for trouble. THEN the humidity was 80% that morning, so you can imagine what happened to my fondant! Thank God I had some store bought handy!!! I was afraid to add any color because of the moisture issue...but unfortunately, you can see the butter cream under the fondant is pink...ugh...Anyway, I am thankful the customer still loved it! Two lessons learned! Don't wait til last minute and check the humidity!!! :o)

This was my first belly cake ever! I used a large stainless steel bowl for the belly with a large rose nail in it to act as a heating core. It worked so well, I use it for all of my belly cakes now ;o)
