Life size Chocolate Cake Boot for a pub celebration in the Boot Inn Pub. Made in the likeness of an existing boot in the pub which forms part of the decor.

The landlady chose this title for the cake because the party marked the end of refurbishments for the pub.

The cake boards (16" x 12" and 12" x 12") were decorated with sugarpaste and modelled with a boning tool and end of a cell stick and coloured to resemble the new York Stone paving outside the pub.
