Last minute Surprise Birthday Cake for a friend....Top Tier: White Chiffon Cake With Lemon Zest Syrup and Blackberry Cream Filling, Swiss Meringue Buttercream and White Chocolate Ganache. Bottom Tier: Dark Chocolate Chiffon Cake With PB Mousse, Dark Chocolate Ganache Filling and PB Cups, Dark Chocolate Ganache Icing. Its not my best cake ever, but I am happy with it for it being short notice
