The ultimate cake for a chocoholic on his 40th!
Three chocolate cakes sandwiched with chocolate frosting, surrounded with chocolate finger biscuits and a collection of his favourite chocolate treats - turkish delight, licorice bullets, rolos, clinkers, pineapple lumps and chocolate bits to fill in the gaps. A great job for out 2 and 5 year old daughters to halp make daddy's birthday cake. Fondant icing for the 40 poked into the mountain of chocoates with toothpicks.

The candles looked great when it they were lit, but thank goodness we were in a fire station because if it had gone bad we were in the right place. There was a whole lot of light and heat which softened and melted the decoration, so I'd recommend having much longer candles!
