This cake was fun! It is a lime pound cake, soaked with a Patron simple syrup, and filled with a salted lime tequila buttercream...it was an edible margarita! The bottle neck and cork are RKT and the cake was covered in fondant. The labels are hand drawn on rice paper with edible markers
