Gingerbread train "Black Steel"

I used different food groups to make this unique train. Popcorn, gingerbread cake, fondant, coffee ( for coal), pocky sticks. I also have a red light for the coal burning. It took me a little part of 6 months to plan from size, to home aid blueprints.

The train took me a month to complete. I work 8 hrs a day at Whole Foods then came home to continue a 4 to 6 more hrs on the train. Black Steel is about two feet long and a foot and a half tall.

I call this passing the torch. From 2011 to the new project 2012. My stuff last a long time as you can see.
