I used the Wonder Mold from Wilton for the doll's body.. but darn Barbie's legs were too long.. I had to bake another 10 inch to support the body so that her darn long legs could go through.

This is the 3rd castle cake that I am making... hopefully it is a better improved version of the previous 2 in terms of height of turret as well as the size of cake.

This is a 4 inch over 6 inch cake and there is a thin 8 inch at the bottom to...

This cake is made for a girl celebrating her 21st bd. The girl molded with fondant is holding a molar because she is a dentist!!

The dome and the bottom 8 inch is chocolate fudge. The centre is vanilla cake with rhubarb apple filling. All covered with fondant.

After finishing the carriage cake, I had no more juice to complete this one. So the cone was left uncovered and gave the cake very little details. Still, it brought a smile to my 5 yr old. So what can I say?

I used the Wilton's ball pan to create the carriage. It is a vanilla cake with nutella filling. I then baked another 8 inch round chocolate fudge cake to put the carriage on it, so that it will look like the grass.

A little 7 yr old girl who loves lots of drama and bling bling on her cake. All the tiny dragees are painfully put on with a tweezer. :)
