Made a smaller version of my Princess for a Day cake.  I usually make a RI tiera, but I decided to try a fondant tiera, I am happy the way my first one turned out.  At least it's not as fragile.  TFL

Customer wanted a Harry Potter book and talking hat, but didn't want fondant used if possible.  All bc except for the rim of the hat and the words on the cake.

Fairy Cake #4, #3 was for the same girl.  So this cake does not have the Tinker belle candle on it.  Suppose to be sitting in the lily pad flower.

Another Pink Princess Castle. 2-10" with 1 - 8" squares, pillers are cardboard covered in fondant with sugar cones. Customer wanted a RI tiera, but ordered it with only 3 days to go, so store bought tiera was gonna have to do.

Made another version of the princess castle.  2-10" square with 2-6" rounds.  Turret's are paper rolls and sugar cones covered in fondant.  TFL

Made this cake for a lady who never had a birthday party ever!  This was her first bd cake, she turned 36.  9 and 6" covered in bc and fondant.  Towers are paper rolls covered in fondant and the tops are sugar cones covered in fondant.  TFL

Made another castle cake for a little girl.  Tried a stencil on the towers this time.  Didn't turn out too badly.  Towers are paper rolls covered in fondant with sugar cones decorated.  Cake covered in bc and fondant.  TFL

Made this cake for a customer's 1 year old child.  She wanted a more elaborate castle than I usually make.  It seems ok, but I was not happy with nor had fun making it.  11x15 marble cake

Customer liked the castle pony cake I made, but princess instead.  I made some changes and prefer this over the other one.  I got the piller tile idea from a few other castle pics on CC of some wonderful castle cakes.  Chocolate cake covered in BC. ...

Made this BD cake for my brother who loves Ghost Rider.  Chocolate cake with bavarian cream filling.  Covered in BC icing with fondant accents.  Ghost Rider is done with the color flow technique.   Colored in with food writers.
