Since I have started classes in Jan, this is my first FUN batch of cupcakes. Hopefully they will fly off the table cause they are being bought, not because the child is screaming incoherently that he/she is petrified. LOL.

This was a lesson well learned, do not attempt something the day before the party. I had never done a doll cake and could barely get the frosting to stick to her body. I couldn't get the design on the dress to be even so I ended up just smoothing it...

This was a 12"x18" sheetcake made for a Blue & Gold banquet for a friend's son's cub scout troop. The logo is an edible image and the rest is buttercream.
