This is for a pastor who was leaving a church. I did it in summery cheerful colors. Icing and polka dots are buttercream. Ribbon and bow is fondant.

This was for a retiring radiologist. It is a 2-layer 9x13 sheet cake (dark chocolate fudge cake with raspberry filling) iced in buttercream. The leg/cast, chart, prescription, and x-ray envelope are fondant. The lady who ordered it asked for bright colors, as the radiologist had a "bright" personality!

Inspired by cake by missegyptbp. This is a 11 x 15 marble sheet cake with all buttercream except for blue piping gel ocean.

This is an 8" 2 layer square vanilla cake with BC frosting and fondant leaves. It was a last minute cake for a vendor for our firm who is retiring. I thought the message was too long, but they insisted. I ran out of room.
