My first attempt at a sheet cake. It's a two layer 9 x 13 sheet cake with buttercream icing, red royal icing apple blossoms around the bottom and by the writing on the top, red drop flowers on each side of the white roses. I did dots on the sides. It was a learning experience doing the red lines on the top but not bad for a first attempt. It was a big hit at the retirement party and I received many nice compliments.
