This is all lemon drizzle cake- I had to freeze the ship as a block before carving it else it would have been a nightmare with such a moist cake... I shall always remember this cake as the one that got me my first customer hug! =)

I just love Highland coos =) The cow is carved maderia and bc and the head is rkt, I thought about piping the fur but rolled fondant turned out well I think. Thanks for looking- hope you like him!

For a guy who was well known for racing around the farm in his old landrover- I tried to get some real movement here with the fleeing birds and the churned up dust... Great fun to make =)
