This is a four-layer, white cake with the kalhua raspberry cream filling recipe. (See recipe section of this site.) I used whipped cream to ice and decorate the cake. I thawed out frozen raspberries for the garnishing.

The cake was made for a gentleman who is diabetic.

I made this cake for a lady who was retiring for sad reasons. Rather than dwelling on those reasons, I decided to incorporate her favorite past-time. Reading books on her deck.

I made the fence using color flow, grass out of tinted coconut, and the chair out of fondant.

It is a 2 layer, 10x10" chocolate and vanilla swirl cake. I used the <a href=http://www.cakecentral.com/cake_recipe-695-Almond-Custard-Filling.html>Almond custard filling recipe from this site.</a>
