This cake took FOREVER lol! Sculptures are made of fondant/gp. Cake is alternated by tiers with strawberry and raspberry. Strawberry and raspberry mousse with vanilla custard thrown in. So, lots of different combos in there. :) I thoroughly enjoyed...
