With the same balloons you use to make a balloon animal the same way I do my gelatin bubbles. Tutorial is on my website for the bubbles.

This is my first Cake Structure. I had a lot of fun doing him. Done for publicity for Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego (with permissions). 27" tall, Body is cake, chocolate clay covered RKT head and Gelatin balloon dog
