Swiss Mocha with Ermine frosting Cake Central Gallery
Dusted with grated chocolated. I made these to try out the recipe for a roux-based Ermine frosting (fabulous, btw) and to play around with my new camera a bit. One of my goas this year is to improve the pictures of my cakes.
