My daughter Marianne wanted a beach party theme for her January birthday party. Here in Quebec city (Canada) in our cold and snowy it was a big contrast with the weather outside! I could not decide which design to choose so I decide to make her 2 cakes! It is my daughter and I lover her... So this sun was the second cake . It is a butterpecan cake with buttercream filling, all covered with fondant. Her name on the board was piped with royal icing. The other cake was an ice cream bar, see it on my patisseriejaja page. My sweet Marianne really enjoyed the cakes!
