Hubby's birthday cake

I made this cake for my husband's birthday. I took the Wilton I course last month and decided to practice what I learned. It turned out ok. Of course, I need a bit more practice on the roses (there's one that has 6 petals instead of 5, shhhh.... :o)...

I made this cake for my husband's birthday. I took the Wilton I course last month and decided to practice what I learned. It turned out ok. Of course, I need a bit more practice on the roses (there's one that has 6 petals instead of 5, shhhh.... :o) ). The cake was pretty tasty. I made a white cake with strawberry mousse filling and buttercream frosting.
