Exaggerated slope was created for the penguins cake topper (gumpaste) the groom is sliding off the cake but of course... the bride held him in place.
5 tiers (212 servings) 3 tiers yellow with strawberries and vanilla bean IMBC, 2 tiers yellow with lemon curd and vanilla bean IMBC, Snowflakes, flowers, berries and pinecones are gumpaste, fondant covered and embossed with snowflakes. Snow was created from RI covered with sugar crystals it looked like winter!
