Mochachino cake, mocha whipped frosting and MMF. I really wanted to decorate the board on this one, but I ran out of time and my family forgave me once they tasted the cake.

A triple citrus cake--that is one layer of lime, one of lemon, and one of orange cake--with a thin layer of raspberry jam between the layers, covered in orange buttercream and MMF. The eggs are RCT covered in candy clay then a gumpaste shell, and finished with fondant accents.

The body of the bunny was a peanut butter cake, the head and legs were peanut butter RKT. The ears were pastillage and the tulip and the bunny's eyes and nose were gumpaste. I had a real problem keeping the ears upright. Next time I'll start earlier and give them more time to dry. I used a vanilla seven minute frosting to cover the whole and give the impression of fur.

A lemon cake covered in fondant. The drape and bow are fondant, the flowers and ivy are gumpaste.
