Billow Weave

I made this for myself for my 30th birthday! I've been wanting to try the billow weave technique for months! So I figured I'd go big for my birthday. Each billow weave row took me over an hour to do. Crazy! And my hands were bruised by the end....

I made this for myself for my 30th birthday! I've been wanting to try the billow weave technique for months! So I figured I'd go big for my birthday. Each billow weave row took me over an hour to do. Crazy! And my hands were bruised by the end. But I'm pretty happy with the outcome. =) Only thing I would change is not to use my son's special frosting on the top tier. It ran down the tier causing non-straight sides and got some of the fondant wet. But oh well. =)
