This was my first ever wedding cake. It traveled, fully assembled, 16 hours from NW Indiana to Litchfield Beach, South Carolina in 90+ degree weather. It may have seemed like a crazy idea to even attempt such a thing but there were sentimental reasons why both of us were willing to give it a try.
