I piped the dots with buttercream. took forever, but it was a nice effect. The white choc curls are also held on with buttercream.

On the second tier from the top, you've got lots of little white dots. How did you make these? How did you get so many to stick around the bottom...

Yes, this is a really eye-grabbing cake. The bottom does look feathery... very nice... I'll save for later and maybe one day get a chance to try...
