"Fore" his 60th Birthday! Cake Central Gallery
This cake was made from two 9" X 13" chocolate cakes carved to resemble a fairway on a golf course. Everything is made of fondant and/or a 50/50 mixture of fondant and gumpaste excepting the trees and flag pole.
