Skylar is my 10 year old who loves dragons.  It is gumpaste covered styrofoam castle. The dragon is gum paste. The whole castle was on a platform that could easily be removed off the bottom which was the actual cake. Six months later she still has it...

I made this cake for my niece's 6th birthday because she loves the movie Tangled. It is 6 layers high with each one a different color of the rainbow; red, orange, yellow, green, blue & purple.

I made this cake for my birthday.  It is complete with handmade fondant gum drops and fondant lollipops.  I topped the cupcake with an awesome cherry and made sprinkles.  All in all its as sweet as ever:)

Rabbit in the hat: The hat part is cake, the brim is covered foam core, the rabbit head is rice treats and the ears are gumpaste.  The "fur" is buttercream.
