Chocolate cake with strawberry IMBC and fresh strawberries, top tier raspberry IMBC and fresh raspberries. It would be much better as a 3-tier but client was on a limited budget.

Mom requested an owl cake for her daughter's first communion :-) Then picked up the cake 1 hour in advance, so unfortunately I wasn't able to finish decorating (a miniature Bible, branch with leaves, flowers). Chocolate cake with raspberry, strawberry and chocolate IMBC, fresh strawberries and white chocolate ganache. Covered in fondant, decorations fondant.

Cake for my friend's daughter who celebrates today. She also makes cakes but wanted something more 'professional' :-) . Vanilla cake with raspberry and blueberry IMBC, fresh raspberries and blueberries, white, dark and milk chocolate ganache as fillings. Covered in fondant, decorations fondant, GP cross, wired glass topper on the bottom tier. TFL!
