This is a halloween train I did for a party. Train is made of pound cake with Ring Dings on the front of the engine. It's surrounded by mini cupcakes with crushed oreo's. All edible-even the tree which was caramel corn covered in ganache.

This is a chocolate haunted house with edible sugar decorations; whipped icing, chocolate ghosts, skeletons.  Coffin is filled with miniature candy bars; coffin is a cardboard box  and covered in black fondant.

Severed head on a platter with gumpaste lettuce and tomatoes. The cake is red velvet with raspberry and chocolate filling. The eye and teeth are gumpaste and the rest is fondant.

This cake is make with the Pumpkin Spice WASC and cinnamon cream cheese icing I found on this site.  The shape was achieved using a bundt cakes pan.

This cake was made for a Halloween party and was one of the more structurally challegning cakes I've created! An internal support structure was screwed to a wooden cake board for stability and a dense pound cake was stacked and carved around it....

Sculpted cake covered in textured fondant.  Toasted almond genoise with vanillabean buttercream and dark chocolate buttercream.  Gumpaste fangs and legs.  Cherry candy  eyes.  The legs are raised in a natural position to simulate the spider's movement.

6"x 4" round on top of a 10" by 4" round 
Dark chocolate butter cake and Almond Rum cake (colored orange) with vanilla butter cream icing. Everything is covered in chocolate or vanilla fondant with a brick pattern....

I made the black widow spider out of fondant and the pumpkins and eyeballs as well.  I watered down and colored piping gel to make it look like blood.
