White almond sour cream cake covered in buttercream, then fondant. The ribbons are also fondant, and the flowers are silk to match the bride's bouquet, also seen in the picture to the left of the cake.

The cake was for an informal reception we had for my son's wedding. They wanted colors to reflect a sports rivalry between the Florida Gators (orange & blue), and the Tennessee Vols (orange & white). I think the colors came of quite nicely.

This was my first attempt at a fondant covered cake. I learned a lot, and thankfully the audience was quite forgiving. Strategically placed flowers cover a multitude of goofs, as well! :-)
