This cake has a Dragon, Mermaid, Wizard and a moon with the words Suena en Colores which is dream in color in spanish! this cake was my first stacked cake!

My daughter had a Fairy and Pirate party for her 4th birthday.  I just used a Tinkerbell doll instead of the Barbie pick or doll.  I surrounded the fairy cake with flower cakes.

This cake is 21/2 feet tall by 31/2 feet long.  Wings are made of modelling chocolate and fondant.  Cake was made for a large local event.

I made this fire breathing dragon cake for my grandson's 12th birthday.  He couldn't believe it was "homemade".  The sparkler candles completed the effect.

This made using buttercreme.  I bent thin wire to hold the shape of the wings, then put blue gelatin in wire to make blue wings.

2 tier round cake. Mushrooms and flowers are made of fondant. Fairies and bugs are toys. Everything else is buttercream. Waterfall was made using blue buttercream w/ blue gel icing mixed in.

This was made by sculpting cake and Rice Krispies treats (for the neck and head) and covering in buttercream and fondant.  The wings are made from gumpaste, brushed with luster dust for sheen.
