Covered in fondant, with hand-carved cobblestone. Dragon and fairy throne are RKT covered in gum paste/fondant mix. All details hand crafted in gumpaste and or fondant. Airbrushed finish.

Cupcake cake for a Chinese themed birthday.  The dragon is covered in buttercream frosting and MMF.  The head was sculpted by stacking cupcakes together.

I made this cake for my niece's 10th birthday. It was a white cake with buttercream icing, royal icing flowers and accents, and gumpaste flowers and accents. The cake topper was a purchased porcelain figurine.

This was made for my friend's son. The head and neck are RKT and the body, arms and tail are cake.  All covered in fondant and then airbrushed.  Rocks are RKT covered in fondant

All decorative pieces are sculpted from gum paste/fondant and are edible, except the Fairy's wings (which are wire dipped gelatin) and a few strategically placed dowel rods for support.

Made with Gum Paste for head, half the neck, hand and wings, Rice Krispies treats for the chest, back and arms, Chocolate fondant covers the egg shell, cake is french vanilla with vanilla butter cream. Used several greens, brown and gold luster dust.

I made this cake for a medieval wedding. The cake was huge, the dimensions were 40"x24" and 20" high. It was almost 100% edible, except the bridge was made out of play-wood. I made the walls out of fondant, I rolled them and I brick textured them...
