These are chocolate nfsc with glace. Made them for a friend who did a fall shower themed party shoot for Bird Party Magazine. So fun.

I made this on super short notice for a friend's fall shoot for Bird Party magazine. Just an 8" cake carved down a bit. I love these! Man- professional photos make all the difference in the world!

These were the demo cupcakes that I made for a class that I just started teaching at my local YMCA. The best part is that the ONLY tools I used to make all 3 of these were: a freezer bag, toothpick, and viva paper towel. I was like a proud little mama watching all 13 of my students succeed in decorating their own cupcakes! (most of whom have no cake experience)

Gobble Gobble! Here is my version of a 3d cookie. As far as I know this is an original design. I have been thinking about them for a few weeks and decide to give them a try today. They are a 1 1/2'' base cookie, and then 1 1/2", 1", and 1/2" cookies that I cut off a little of the bottom before baking so that when stacked they would be flat on the bottom. Decorated with open leaf tip and glued (w/ RI) each layer together. I let it dry a few minutes and then stood them on the base cookie. TFL!
