Fondant covered chocolate cake with chocolate SMBC. Pucks were fondant mixed with tylose powder and were made the same day as the party and put in the oven with the light on for a few hours to harden. Then skewers were inserted into the pucks to give them stability on the cake for that 'leaning on each other' look. The pucks had edible images with the teams' logos on them. Appliques are fondant. Hockey player silhouettes are edible images on fondant plaques. The cake was a big hit.
