I made this for a friends 21st birthday, that he is going to Vegas for. It is all Fondant with tylose powder mixed in. The cake is chocolate with chocolate ganche and cream cheese filling.

This is a cake done for my cousin's birthday.  He is a huge White Sox fan and wanted a White Sox cake.  I used 16" round cake pans and carved the inside out and carved 2 of the sides to get the stadium "shape".  The scoreboard is made of colored fondant.
