This is a display cake made for our local Chamber of Commerce Awards Banquet. The sizes are: base tier is 14" round, 12" hex, 7" sq. and 6" hex. Iced in buttercream, with fondant accents. The tiny lines beside the thick ones are piped buttercream. The roses are white chocolate clay colored red and dusted. I got the inspiration from Kitagrl (thank you!!) and Andrea Mangold took the pics for me.
