Just a white cake with strawberry preserves and buttercream filling. Too many "chocolate chips", but haven't done this in a long time. Need more practice, but ok! :-)

Did this cake for a friend that just LOVES Elvis! My second attempt at a fbct and I think it turned out pretty good. I think she will like it! Fbct on top of the whipped icing with fondant cutouts on the sides. This cake was inspired by three or four other cakes I saw on CC done by some very tallented people. Thanks so much for the inspiration!! Sorry! Wish I could've figured out how to turn the last photo.

This cake was made to say thanks to three young people who were not "kids" but three young adults who worked very hard at school one summer with us . Just a small way to express our hear-felt thanks!
