This is a cake I made for my friend to auction off at her daughters school fair...I hope it does ok. WASC with cookies and cream filling.

I made this cake for my sister to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of her receiving a double transplant. It is a FBCT of the two organs she received and the donor awareness ribbon. Certainly not the prettiest cake but she absolutely loved it!
