This cake was done for a friend of mine who had a show called Made in Puerto Rico. The top was edible paper as with the pics around the cake. The instruments were made of fondant. I enjoyed making this cake and the outcome. Thanks for looking.

This cake was made for my job where we had an American Express breakfast promotion. The theme as you can see was tropical so I made hibiscus flowers out of royal icing. The credit card was on edible paper.
