I made this for a Maxwell Family Reunion this weekend. It is s castle in the family's history and they asked me to make a cake of it. I have been working 12 to 14 hours a day at my full time job so I wasn't able to do everything I wanted but everybody loved it. The towers are made of Rice Crispy treats that are covered in white chocolate ganache.

This is a cake I made for someone at work. They were tired of the cold weather and wanted something to cheer everyone up. The flowers are royal icing.
