Done in the petal pan.  I coated leaves with candy melts until they hardened, then peeled them off.  Thanks for looking!

This is the final cake from the Wilton's Fondant and Gum Paste course.  Fondant covered, including board.  Fondant and gum paste in the decorations.

The cake is orange with pineapple filling.  The frosting is buttercream.  I made this for a fund raiser for the Relay for Life.  The stars,  moon, and letters are fondant.  I intended to put the little stars on the side only between the swags.  Being as I had cut out so many of them I decided to add more and it did not help the look.  Wish I wouldn't have put them!  I guess you could call this a "topsy" cake as I split one layer as for a topsy-turvy cake so the top would be slanted toward the front.
