This is a 3 layer red velvet cake filled with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberry's and topped with Cream Chees icing and fresh dipped strawberry.. yum!

This is not my best work, a last minute 1 day cake, but was made for a co-working set of supervisors that have always worked together that are now being seperated hence the sad children (team) and the sad supervisors, and the team (house)...
