Notre Dame Fighting Irish mascot mini cake to go with tailgate cupcakes. He was a combo of Guinness dark chocolate cake with BaileyÂ�s Irish Cream buttercream. He's all cake. His hat is a covered cupcake. My first attempt at a standing cake.
