I made this for my daughter's baby shower. Made a 2-cake box WASC cake & poured into one 6" pan and two 10" pans. Dug through stuff I'd saved from my girls' younger days and found their old dollhouse dolls. The pregnant daughter is a nurse, so they had to go on the cake!!!

Buttercream frosting but experimented with fondant for the dress.

My daughter's shower cake. She was expecting a boy, so choose blue, and had been given only a 2% chance of getting pregnant without medical intervention, so we call him our gift from God. He was due on Valentine's day. Fondant dress on buttercream.
