Stacked slanted tiers, covered in fondant with fondant diamonds, stripes and dots.  Swirls and borders in icing.  Gumpaste flowers and real ribbon.

My first and only topsy-turvy cake. All three tiers were vanilla sponge with butter icing and then covered in sugarpaste. This cake was so heavy it required two men to carry it. The picture was taken with an old standard camera so is not very good.

White butter cream cake with fondant loopy bow and fondant decorations. I liked that this cake didn't have too many colors going on.

This is my first Topsy-Turvy cake that I've ever made... I really enjoyed making it. Its made with Hot Pink, White, and Black fondant. The 16 was made with fondant as well. There is 2 different kinds of cakes and fillings.

Pastel pink and lavender fondant.(marbled pink on top, marbled fondant on bottom) Large fondant pearls around bottom cake cutouts of circle and daisies. First attempt at topsy turvy cake.

I made this for my daughters 13th bday couple of years ago my first ever topsy turvey cake. she didnt want girlie colours etc and decided on a theme of black n white.  learnt alot making it and need more practise but i loved the finished look of it.

Lots of sugar dough work, with the shoe.  The shopping bag is rice cereal covered in fondant, the cake is on the bottom.

This was my first Topsy-Turvy Cake.  It was made for my daughters 16th birthday party.  The colors and swirls matched the balloons and theme.

This is the cake I made for my brother-in-law's enagement party. The couple went to East Carolina University, purple and yellow are the school colors. The cake was both chocolate and yellow cake!
