Birthday cupcakes for my Dad. Chocolate Buttermilk Cupcakes with Old Fashioned Boiled Frosting. Target toppers made from fondant, accented with bows and arrows (with a bit of help from some toothpicks!) Woodgrain cupcake wrappers complete the design:)
