Red Velvet Cupcakes made with Cinnamon Schnapps and BC icing (I don't like cream cheese icing) also made with Cinnamon Schnapps. Next time I will use 100 proof hot dam because the schnapps in the cupcake mix was hard to taste. It worked great for the BC but not for the cupcake.
