These were done in the favorite colors of the birthday girl who turned 100 yrs. old! All chocolate cake iced in buttercream and some were carrot cake with cream cheese icing.

When I saw the Wilton baking cups for Easter I just had to use them. They are so pretty. Chocolate cake with half filled with fresh strawberries and the other half filled with chocolate fudge. Gerbera daisies are fondant mixed with a little gumpaste. Also made bunny head and chick heads with small fondant flowers.
