'Cat in the Hat' cupcakes I made for my son's preschool class to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday. Buttercream frosting with sprinkles and a MMF hat. I wish I wouldn't have added the sprinkles around the cupcake...I think it takes away from the hat....

Sunflower cupcakes from the Hello, Cupcake! book. I had the hardest time getting the right consistency for my BC icing...I think it must be due to the humidity. The petals aren't right at all. They were still fun to make....I just need to read...
