My 10 yr old daughter won 3rd place in the youth division at The National Gingerbread House Competition 2011 at the Grove Park Inn with this piece during the week she was rehearsing for her role as one of Mother Ginger's little girls in her ballet...

My 9 yr old daughter, Gabriella Angelique, designed, baked and decorated this tree trunk fairy gingerbread house for the 2010 National Gingerbread House Competition at the Grove Park Inn in Ashville. She won 2nd place in the 9 yr- 12 yr youth...

I made this gingerbread house from a pattern that came in the Goodhousekeeping Magazine many years ago when my kids were still toddlers. I never really finished the details but it still looks kinda cute.

My daughter (3 yrs old at the time) decorated this for the Grove Park Inn Contest. She won first in the children's division! The Food Network airs the Challenge every year since! Maybe you've seen it???
